As part of a team creating digital content for Umbro’s channels, this project involved animating the illustrations of Victor Beuren to celebrate the history of the Umbro Speciali boot, as well as offering a playful look at Real Madrid player Pepe and his various haircuts throughout his career.
Once Victor had completed his illustrations, I was responsible for producing and animating the boot-focused portion of the story, bringing the dynamic artwork to life for Umbro’s social media channels. Each boot in the timeline highlights key players who have worn it, including caricatures of Owen, Shearer, and Valderrama.
