Based in Manchester, Sorted uses the power of technology to turn the complexity of delivery logistics into a seamless, human-centred experience. Its products live everywhere deliveries happen — from online checkouts and warehouses to smartphones — giving retailers, carriers and consumers greater control and clarity at every step.

The marketing team needed a full brand refresh: a clearer, more confident identity and a refined approach to communication, both internally and client-facing. Alongside this, the sales team required a refreshed suite of commercial assets to support growth within the digital retail space.

The first priority was to reset the brand guidelines, creating a concise and practical framework that could be easily adopted across the business. This new design language became the foundation for all marketing output, spanning web and social, events, case studies and whitepapers.

On the commercial side, the brand refresh evolved the RFP and sales tools with a distinct and consistent Sorted tone of voice. This was further supported by podcasts and video explainers, helping the brand stand apart in a competitive and crowded  market.

The Philosophy of Business Custodians

The RFP decks were designed to retain Sorted’s core brand identity while allowing space for prospective client branding and bespoke assets, helping the sales team build a stronger connection with their audience.

The suite of decks allowed scalability to be applied to the messaging requirement, and gave the commercial team a strong degree of self-service when producing a presentation. Each deck presented high-level statistics and key information across Sorted’s software suite in a clear, accessible format.

This approach ensured the content was easy to digest during presentations and effective when shared internally within client teams after meetings.
